IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to reserve your booking but goes towards the total rental cost of the party event. 

If you choose to cancel your booking for any reason, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Please keep in mind that we take all bookings times slots seriously and that canceling a reservation may take away the opportunity for someone else. You can change your event to another day (1 future day allow) if the day and time is available.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due at the time of delivery.

We do not unload any equipment until payment is paid in full.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS?

Booking in advance is essential to having a peace of mind. You get all of your preferred rental equipment, time slot, and date before others book it up. We recommend booking at least 1 or 2 months before your event.

HOW LONG IS A RENTAL?

A customer rental term is up to 6 hours, anything over is $20 per hour charge - NO EXCEPTIONS.

All set-up and break downs are done by the company unless there is a drop off on the day before the event or upon the customer's request. There will still be a haul fee (this is different from the delivery fee) which is an additional charge from the set-up and break down price. This charge is usually group together within the set-up and break down price.

Delivery Fee:

Our delivery fee is based on your location. There is no charge for local bookings. This fee is different from the set up and break down price.
