| Delivery-Drop off/Pick up/ included-Set up/Take down-NO PICK UP OPTION AT THIS TIME | Local delivery is free (Romeoville IL, Only) - For all other locations round trip: Chicagoland $120, North Suburbs- $130 (Evanston), Far North Suburbs $145 (Deerfield), South Suburbs $130 (Evergreen Park), Far south suburbs $145 Flossmoor, NW Suburbs $145 (Schaumburg), SW Suburbs (Plainfield) -prices varies, all customers must provide your event information on our contact page for an accurate price. If we were to encounter any stairs, elevators, extended carrying, or difficult driving terrain there will be additional charges. (At this time customer can not pick up any equipment). All customers must have their animals kept inside, this will prevent any harm to the beutiful fur babies. Our equipment comes in different dimension sizes and weights because of this,we do not want anything to fall on your animals. We also want to thank you in advance for your cooperation. |

| Security deposit/Safety | A $75, security deposit is refunded upon return of items in condition items were received. This fee is added on a by case event. Please talk to specialist for more information. WARNING, Safety issues-In any case that our staff gets mentally abuse or bodily harm at your event, the security deposit is subject to change and can convert into a criminal case. All cases will be investigated. |

| Renting Hours | Up to 8 hours are free. 8 hours and over is $10 hr. Any equipment can be rented out up to 12:30am or as early as 4:30am for no additional fee ( must be within the 8 hr window) |

| We have the right to refuse any bookings | Although these are rare occasion, we will refuse any rude customers, dangerous locations, different locations than what the booking party/host and 312 event rentals agreed upon, inappropriate behaviors, discrimination, sexual advances, any security concerns, disruptive behaviors or anything that can cause any bodily or mental harm to our staff will be held accountable and we will remove all 312 Event Rental equipment from the event or refuse drop off. This can happen before or during a event. Under these circumstances, The booking party/host and its disruptive guest(s) will be held liable for their actions. If any criminal actions or omissions is proving, criminal charges will be held against all parties that is stated above. In addition,the booking party/host will forfeit their security deposit/down payments, and additional fees may apply |
| The day before or the day after drop-off or pick-up | This ties in with our up to 8hrs of rental time, there is an extra charge for extended hours. The equipment can be rented out up to 12:30 am. |
| Hours of operations | Monday-Friday 8:30 am-8:30 pm, Saturday 5:30 am-5:00pm, Sunday closed. 24 hours online services is available Sunday-Saturday. |

| cancellation Policy | Booking Deposit: 1. A booking deposit of (x%) amount is required at the time of booking to reserve your event. 2. Cancellation Timeline & fees: More than 60 days full refund of any payments made. 30-59 50% of total rental fee is non- refundable (including deposit). Less than 14 days NO REFUNDS. 3. Reschedule policy: You may reschedule at no cost if you provide at least 30 day's notice and upon available dates and times. rescheduling may incur fee. 4. Weather contingencies: Outdoors event cancellations due to types of weather are still subject to the above terms. Renters are encouraged to arrange backup plans (tents, indoor venues safety shelter etc). 5. Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, goverment restrictions etc.) we will work with you to reschedule or offer partial credit toward a fyture event. |
